Streets to Home Indy
Streets to Home Indy is a community-driven campaign to provide permanent housing and supportive services for 350 of our chronically homeless neighbors in Indianapolis by July of 2026.
Led by CHIP, this initiative builds on successful grassroots efforts and brings together faith communities, civic leaders, and philanthropic partners to create lasting change.
Why It Matters
Housing should be a basic human right. Twenty+ years of data show that stable housing paired with support services leads to upward mobility, independence, and public safety.
Homelessness is solvable—not inevitable — when we act together.
