Back-to-School Supply Sorting

Join the Deacon's Community Committee as we work with volunteers from St. Luke's UMC and Northminster Presbyterian to prepare school supplies for Washington Township Schools. Volunteers are needed throughout the day to count, sort, organize and pack supply orders that will be delivered to the WTS Schools for distribution, in addition to backpacks that will be prepared for distribution at the WTS/Jordan YMCA Back-to-School Bash, The Don & Karen Lake Buttrey Northside Food Pantry, and St. Luke's Freedom School. Several volunteer shifts will be available, register online.

We will be working at the Washington Township Service Center (formerly Northview Middle School) at 8401 Westfield Blvd, Indianapolis 46240. Please enter off of Westfield Blvd and enter through Door 1 (Old main entrance). Park in front of the building.

Volunteers should wear closed toe shoes and bring their own water bottles (bottle fillers available).
