Women@Second (PW)

Affiliated with the national Presbyterian Women (PW) organization, Women@Second is a vibrant community hosting events, studies, service opportunities, and more. We welcome anyone from the Second community to participate.

The PW Purpose:
Forgiven and freed by God in Jesus Christ, and empowered by the Holy Spirit, we commit ourselves to:

• Nurture our faith through prayer and Bible study.
• Support the mission of the church worldwide.
• Work for justice and peace.
• Build an inclusive, caring community of women that strengthens the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) and witnesses to the promise of God’s kingdom.

If you support these values in spirit or action, you’re already part of Presbyterian Women! Whether you’re new or have been involved for years, we invite you to join us in person and live into this Purpose in ways that feel meaningful to you.

How We Engage:

• Some groups focus on one or two points of the Purpose, such as Bible study or service.
• Others strive to fulfill all aspects of the Purpose.
• The diversity of gifts in the Spirit allows us to live out the PW Purpose uniquely and faithfully.
